1 minute, 1000 wordsA Poem by nigrum homonculuswhat the title says i wrote this in a minute while looking at a girl i think aged 15? just crying her eyes out outside my house. her make up was running badly, so i wrote about it.Waking up to find my face covered with s**t is what I look forward
to. Slapping on unnecessary accessories
that infuriate my skin, covering my imperfections with insecurities. Acceptance
and contradiction both not in my vocabulary, my eyelids blacken as my
confidence is taken. Brazen are my friends as passive aggressive backstabbing
is a blood sport. My shame is their gain to fame. I wonder who will ever see me
for what I am buried under these tons of powder. Covered up by the chemicals of
mass obstruction. © 2012 nigrum homonculusAuthor's Note
