Reverberate

Reverberate

Just as the words
bounce for one side
of my room to the
other, when I fall you
will pull me up, and
when you fall I will
pull you up.
We may be like a
ball which always bounces
back;
we may be like a string:
one end will never let the other go;
we may just be a prime example
of gravity in all of its fairness
and injustices,
but I think we are the
reverberations that echo
after sound, always coming back
to their creator and those closest to them. And
if indeed we are reverberations,
am I the closest to you?
