The night whispers to my soul
Calling to my inner self
Slightly teasing with flirtation
Beckoning me to find peace

Wistful wind softly speaks your name
Echoing it’s sound gently
A romance blows across the night
Reminding me of your love

Moonlight glows with pure passion
Casting an enchanting smile
As your memory glistens
A light in the darkness within

Glistening casting out shadows
Replacing doubts with warm hope
As recent words gleam, with heart
Spilling forth lighting the path
