Mind’s Peaceful Rhythm

The crazy mind has settled
Into a peaceful rhythm
Notes played, smooth melodies
As they swirl around calmly
Silver chords dancing about

A sense of amity clings
Within its cranial space
At ease from this life’s restraints
A sigh is echoing about
As contentment lounges around

The chaos has quieted down
It slumbers in deep recesses
Where all the dreadful monsters sleep
A corner that’s out of reach
Far away from the lucid brain

A relief of the grandest kind
The body relaxes with time
Listening to warming tones
While tension slowly melts away
Floating wayward on the air

It sure gives a wonderful feeling when your mind settles into the rhythm of peace and balance. Such a state brings great relief and lets you focus and think clearly, away from the 'dreadful monsters' who are in slumber. Mind at peace.. I like this. this write describes that feeling of peace and balance, the process and the state of being. These lines are just what we need for atleast some of the times..
