Mr Aubrey Wilberforce –Smythe

 

 A self important little man

pumped up with overweening pride.

A local politician

 who is quite sure he can decide.

What’s best for his community

 although he hasn’t got a clue.

Takes every opportunity

 to tell us what we ought to do.

Although he is a counsellor

 he doesn’t merit our respect.

 We view him an either or

who is quite willing we suspect.

To always toe the party line

 without a thought : Which suits him fine.
