Grin andwear it

poem in rhyming couplets

 

 

 

Grin and wear it.

 

You can be lonely in a crowd.

You wander frowning, beetle browed.

You know no one, no one knows you

 And it appears you do not want to.

Your misery is palpable,

 you look as if you’re capable

 of striking out at anyone

 and that is why you’re left alone.

Paste on your face a happy smile

 and you will find that in a while.

 Other folks will smile at you,

because they’re feeling lonely too.

You can make friends quite easily.

If you act bright and breezily.

There is no reason to be shy.

You can do it-If you try.
