In due course 08

 

 

spring anticipates

 rebirth from winters sleep.

green shoots and flowers.

 

summer stores sunshine

 in roots and fruits for harvest

ripening slowly.

 

autumn’s bounty sure.

in time men will pick and store

 for the lean season.

 

winter time to rest

 for every form of life

 except restless men

 

 men defy nature

 simply to show they can

 rebelliously.
