New Year thoughts.

 

Why face the future fearfully?

That attitude is negative.

When only positivity

 improves your chances to survive.

There is no certain sure defence

 against what fate may have in store

Why should you doubt your competence.

You’ve never doubted it before.

You must go forward hopefully

 and be prepared for anything

 you have to do confidently.

It’s not allowed to do nothing.

You must press on with head held high.

To those who try goes victory.

One only need to look to the immortal Sir Earnest Shackleton to see the truth of those words If ever a man put character to the test It was he and all the men he saved have descendants now to live long past the grave.If I were told I would have to fight a country that like yours that produced such men I think I would defer to reason and say no thank you .Yet i am a grandson of such a place .But think I may never know what hardship truly is
