Ah, a great truth about life. Mistakes, and failures always make us better. I agree that we can learn from mistakes only if we're willing to! Sitting dejected thinking about failure, without learning, would do us nothing but give further pain, leading to more mistakes!
The Iambic Tetrameter enhances the effectiveness of the poem.
