Life is too short to be taken seriously

Christopher Robin.

 

Hush hush nobody cares

Christopher Robin has fallen down stairs

Though he deserves no sympathy

 prowling where he should not be

Spying on his governess

He hopes to see her nakedness

He kneels before her bedroom door

 as he has often done before.

A small boy’s curiosity

He hears footsteps so he must flee

But in his haste he tripped and fell

His head is ringing like a bell

.Nobody knows so they don’t care.

He can’t confess he would not dare.

He has received due punishment

 although he failed in his intent

So he must suffer silently

 back in his bed where he should be.

I have no doubt he’ll try again

 when he recovers from his pain.

Hush hush nobody cares
