Fluttering like butterflies Geisha girls.

Trying to attract the rich men’s eyes.

Professional and well trained courtesans.

Beaming smiles reveal teeth that shine like black pearls.

Which to western eyes comes as a surprise

 most will not appreciate but I can.

I'm just not comfortable with 'Black pearls'.. I know you are trying to say that they are 'dark'.. But I don't know, when I read the lines, I can only imagine black tooth for the Geisha girls, lol.
