Different folks have different views

 

A symphony in shades and tones

Depicting only weathered stones

A dry stone dyke in good repair

 with hints of colours here and there

Well suited to the atmosphere

The artist’s trying to evoke

familiar to country folk,

 Clever use of mixed media

 done by a gifted amateur.

 It stands out proudly from the rest

I have no doubt it is the best

Picture I have seen today.

Amidst the annual display.

Though that’s just my opinion

The judge may have another one.
