A pinch of salt.

A pinch of salt.

A pinch of salt. 2010.

The world is weird and wonderful.

According to the gutter press.

Anything unusual.

They will seize on to impress.

The simple minds of simple folk.

Who will accept as the truth.

I tend to see it as joke.

The seldom offer any proof

I read it in the Sun they say.

The Daily Mirror ran it too.

I saw it on the box today.

They would not lie; it must be true.

The face of Christ on a boiled egg.

Why don’t you pull the other leg?

Should the last line of the second stanza read 'they' seldom?
I love the message in this. It brought a huge smile to my face. Well done, sir. I enjoyed the read.
