Lives there a man with soul so dead.

Who has not to the barman said.

Pour me a pint of Guinness please

 and drank it off with greatest ease.

 

The landlord with a smiling face

has another ready to replace.

The pint that was so quickly gone.

Because he knows that anyone.

 

Who drinks a glass of this dark brew.

Is extremely likely to.

Decide another two or three

will quench his thirst efficiently.

 

He sees no reason to make haste.

Obviously a man of taste.
