Impaired Vision

Impaired Vision

Impaired vision

I am forbidden access to

The magic worlds of fantasy.

It is reserved for children who

  are not tied to reality.

In the same way adults are.

They still have the ability

to hitch a lift upon a star

Embrace the possibility.

That fantasy and reality

 can co exist quite happily.

The childish mind may be naïve

That is the reason I believe.

Children know a great deal more.

than what we give them credit for.

They still have an open mind.

As adults we are nearly blind.
