Sneaking doubts.

Sneaking doubts.

A Poem by Poeticpiers
"

silly sonnet

"

Sneaking doubts

Kneeling before the Altar

She prayed fervently

For her prospects  to alter

Almost immediately.

She found to her great surprise

Things had changed so much that she could

See nothing she could recognise

Although she was convinced she should.

There was simple explanation

There had been a power cut

So there was no illumination

The lights were totally Kaput.

It was not her God to blame

But she wondered all the same.

She will figure it out in the end. What man can make God can break!
