I wrote this out of the misconception that I had wronged someone, and this poem was an apology to him.

I tried so hard to be different,
But I failed
You came into my world,
And things started changing
One singular thing plagues my life,
You weaken that plague
Made it easier to deal with
You are more accepting than any other boy I know
More understanding
I was so new to your differences,
your unique qualities
That I knew not how to react
And still don't
I've made mistakes,
I just hope this mistake doesn't ruin it all
So much confusion
So much guilt
How could I do that to you?

That night really messed with my head, but in the end I was forgiven. Thank you :) I actually have several more poems about this person, and you'll see that my one little injury to him was nothing compared to how much he messed with my head.
