This is a Mistake

I breathed life back into something

that should remain dead

I threw kindle in the fire

that should always remain unfed

And I'm deciphering the lies 

from the millions of shreds

The truth I'm denied

I'm manipulated instead

i'm looking for the light

but it's darkness ahead

These days are counted now
