Memories

some memories r gud n some r bad..n some haunt u despite ur efforts of forgettin em..

the memories have not yet disappeared,

the past is gone and yet still alive.

its alive in my thoughts which,

wander all around the deep sky..

 

I have no control of ma mind and,

Of memories which keep flashing by.

Yes I resist I resist them all, but in vain,

cause they come along in every song of mine..

 

how do I close the door forever,

and not let the bitter past in?

how do I free my mind from,

the memories which lie deep within?

I really like this poem, it's very true; You cannot escape the past that shaped you, it accompanies you in memories, wherever you go.
