we got about 12-15 inches in boston. i saw on the news that albany & binghampton ny got buried literally. people couldn't get out of their houses with mountains of snow blocking doorways. they showed a guy trying to snowblow his driveway and the snow was as high as he was - he looked like a miner making a tunnel. it's very cold too so at least it's light and fluffy but so much of it ... :)
