this reminds me of the old concerts I attended in the late sixties, early seventies. Cheap but amazing...Saw Simon and Garfunkel at SIU in '69---

two tickets cost a total of nine bucks....but the memories are worth millions.
I am the first line of this poem...the more I see, the less I know....the more I know, the more I need to know...you speak such truth here.

damn j., simon and garfunkel in '69 - that's classic. memories are priceless because they can last a lifetime. just when i think i've seen everything, something else comes along that humbles me and makes me wonder ... :)

what was and is cool about that concert is that Simon and Garfunkel put out a fairly new CD called Live in '69, and there are four songs on it from our concert.
Gives me chills just thinking about it.
