Long ago I wrote an erotic short story about an elevator ride, but it was nothing like this! I have no idea what to think about your overall message, but I went from being in an elevator (palpable in V1) to being in a metaphor (mystified in V2) in seconds flat. for a great synopsis of my meaning please see lightsong's review. the elevator is a metaphor for life - do we leave where we are headed to chance (do we get off at wherever the elevator happens to stop and live that or are we in control and know where we're headed and doing what it takes in faith to get there. it's the old right vs. wrong, good vs. evil, chance or destiny. are we living in a heaven or hell, and to which are we ultimately headed? the pants down around the ankles is a metaphor for being exposed for who we are when no one is around so that we are genuine and exposed in front of our maker. what do we really want out of life? orgasmic or urinary is happiness or misery - bitchin' and complaining as you are fond of saying ... :)
