Devotion Notion

A Poem by Pete

I love that one with whom I sympathize. - Thoreau

Brave buttercups promised spring in western Montana in deepest winter | Local News | missoulian.com

who'll love me when i'm old
when the winter shivers long and cold
when our epilogue is finally told

i take you in my arms
in the here and now
kissing you today
loving you in every way

the song is in me
and the music in you
promise me we'll never break but sway
come what may
tired, aching fingers intertwined
eternity demanding an encore
asking us to bow and stay
as seasons come and go
and romance endures
always finding a way

whilst we kneel and pray

so kind of you to share thoughts. the only true love - unconditional. ... :)
We long and want for the person we will spend the rest of our lives with. If we are lucky we get to spend many years with that person.

Love the imagery of music and notes playing in each other
