whispering sweet nothings
screaming sugared, dulcet somethings
sing don't wail
let your heart read the intangible braille
post my bail
turn the key to a heart's inescapable jail
fill your empty shovel and my vacuous pail
turn a gentle breeze to a powerful gale
tip this doubt's scale
over crying hill and weeping dale
although i ail

love will never fail

Wonderful Poem. Love the ease which you can read it. Matters of the heart who cannot relate.

except with a deft, poet's hand, this could have just been a silly rhyme poem.
But you turn it into a deep, mesmerizing piece...the braille idea is so good...we could wail, but better to let actions speak louder than words.
nicely done, Pete,
