This is deep sir. Someone occupied with loving, helping others with all means possible, with all might possible, with all avenues possible, but have no time for oneself. That is so selfless and noble, buy at the end we need to help, love and care for ourselves in a good , balanced ways.

oh! I see, yes, few perspectives to address there, You know some people give love immensely because they feel unloved? I am sure You know because this is all about in your "again" completely brilliant poem. give yourself self love, learn how to do it, give yourself healing, kindness, respect, worth... learn how to do it. your lines as powerful and profound they are, as sad and real they are.
