i see my frosted breath where warmth meets cold
where soul meets world
a stark reminder that i'm alive in an unfair, frigid world
breath drawn ever upwards to the heavens

i feel the tears trickling down my cheeks
where faith meets road
dragged downward, they've no other choice
no other place to go
cried in truth
born lofty and driven low
shed in the reality of anguish
wept in this rude, harsh verdict of woe

"where soul meets world, where faith meets road, cried in truth, born lofty and driven low" wow! Wow!WOW! I wish I've written this! this thin line between reality and dream, world and heaven, pain and joy, sadness and happiness, love and loss... I bet Pete, I do Pete that You and your soul are able to visit these sacred places, feel it... write it. harsh world, harsh world indeed my spiritual friend, You have my tears too... but what we have but faith, OK music and poetry, and COFFEE :>

magnificent, splendid, sublime...
