Strum

Strum

A Poem by Pete
"

Unpremeditated music is the true gauge which measures the current of our thoughts, the very undertow of our life's stream. - Thoreau

Air Guitar Stock Illustrations

strap on a guitar a strum
a diatonic riff
an emotional chord
up pleasure and down pain
lonely notes falling like last night's evaporated rain

strap on a guitar and strum
pluck thin air
let down invisible hair
feel the tension of strings as faith and eternity become one

acoustic
electric
eclectic
caustic and agnostic
strap on a guitar and strum

'til the saline song is over and done
