with its own deaf, crippled, unconscious  instances of miraculous multiplication
toted on the timeless, aching back of infinity
multilingual
in the shadow of racy skiffle

righteous rhythms and manic melodies unrelentingly caressing in emotive braille
raining down with clustered effervescence
to and from throatless souls
simultaneously unmerciless and forgiving
tapping restless spirits on the shoulder

as it sanguinely and timelessly rolls an immutable, undying boulder
