“The hawk is aerial brother of the wave which he sails over and surveys, those his perfect air-inflated wings answering to the elemental unfledged pinions of the sea.” - Thoreau

I am a bit sad and strange today and your poem here seems to reflect my emotions. those who give without waiting for anything, give without care about themselves, give without putting their healthy boundaries often meet partners whom are sucker and unkind, regardless of that they keep giving without noticing how the situation is wrong almost they became a robot to them, a codependency relationship, sooner or later when they will wake up and it is too late, they will be blown up... fed up, exhausted to the core. being a giver doesn't mean to give continuously, but to give the right amount at the right time, sure some extra won't harm at all, we need to learn not to weigh on us and others with our love but to flourish with it.

I love reading, writing, music, nature, God and feeling emotion, not necessarily in that order. To me, these things go hand in hand. My favorite writer is Henry David Thoreau. I think he was a geni.. more..
