I like the ironic take of this humorous visual poetry. Excellent work Pete. Also, after reading your intro to the piece I was reminded of the last time I went fishing back in 85. It didn't fair to well for me. The fish made off with my pole, as I left it stuck in the mud while drinking a soda talking to my buddy. The reel was locked and that damn monster dragged my expensive fishing pole into the depths with him. All I could do was laugh and chug my Pepsi.

great story carlos - good that you could laugh about it. sounds like the fish was fishing for you. seems every fisherman has a story about "the one that got away". thank heaven for pepsi and the ability to laugh in the face of disappointment ... :)
