Save It for Later?

Save It for Later?

Remember that the smallest seed of faith is of more worth than the largest fruit of happiness. - Thoreau

hard to cry without shedding a tear
difficult to grow old without passing a year

tough to see natural wonders and not be awed
inconceivable to pray without talking to god

problematic to die without giving up breathing
troublesome to be born without believing

challenging to light a candle without having a spark
vexing to float apart from building an ark

arduous to defend if you don't have a reason
tricky to dress when you don't know the season

difficult to catch a falling knife
awkward to be married without a wife

effortful to wear gold and not look gaudy
never too late to yell, "help me somebody"

unenviable to balance on the edge of a crater
baffling to have faith if you save it for later
