Wow, that was so cool my friend. I remember nights just like this, long ago but fresh in the mind. If only...and it may be blasphemy but...with Hagar, I think Van Halen were at their best. Roth was good but Hagar brought a certain summer vibe to the music.

thanks. youth is so fleeting. i think my muse said it best, "I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms." roth and hagar are both good but i think hagar brought a happier vibe to the music. they can both screech like alley cats ... :)
