saw stevie ray live up close at a small venue and met him afterwards shortly before his tragic, untimely death. i'll take neil too - "old man" and "ohio" ... :)

My late uncle saw Stevie with Jeff Beck before Stevie passed away, said it was one of the best shows he'd ever seen. Stevie was so much better sober, it's a damn shame...

stevie was the best show i've ever seen
(ears still ringing to this day). he blew the doors off the place. he took his hat off after the show and he was going bald. oh man, love jeff too especially his bass player tal wilkenfeld. love the time they played together with eric clapton ... :)

I'm a Roger Waters enthusiast, just listened to Amused to Death for the first time the other day. Jeff Beck is incredible on that album.
