You know, I think honey and locust might be the perfect food, I think a little hot pepper might make it even better. Well, when I was in the sixth grade back in 1958, my teacher had been to Paris and brought back some chocolate covered grasshoppers... only about four or five of us accepted the offer. What I remember is the pure creaminess of the chocolate... oh so sensual, countered by the way the bugs carapace stuck to my teeth and gums like popcorn hulls.

i think you're right, says they're rich in protein - i would definitely try it. peanut butter would go well with them too i think. bugs are rich protein and low fat. thanks for the great share vol.
