i can't help but wonder

if hot dogs usually come in packages of eight

why is it that hot dog buns are sometimes sold in packages of six

gee, could it be to make us buy two packages of buns instead of one

if so then what are we supposed to do with the four extra buns

and if not then what do we do with the two hog dogs without buns

this manner of selling is simply hellish

in a way that i need not embellish

please don't get me started on mustard or relish

Hi Pete, this is something I have wondered about!
You know what I do?
I buy a loaf of bread and put the hotdog corner to corner.
If you split the dog down the middle, it helps hold your chili, ect.
I also stopped buying greeting cards! They end up being used once and tossed in the trash!

Hey Pete, I've notice that too! So what we do is buy the 8 hotdogs and use folded bread, and not but the buns at all!!! Another thing...al the supermarkets in the USA are displaying their own brands, and deleting some of the name brands...ugh I think that's monopolizing! Anyway good luck with your dilemma.....

For potato salad, today! I nuked 2 eggs, 1 cup of water to boiling, mixed one packet of potato flakes and the eggs with a tablespoon Miracle Whip! It was very good!
