A Poem by Pete
"

Woman jumping through a wall of fire ...

amidst a percussioned heartbeat and mournful bass
he crooned that she could jump into the fire
climbing a mountain and swimming the sea
but, he screamed that she'd never be free
maybe with me
making each other happy
why can't you see

"If I put my head deliberately into the fire, there is no appeal to fire or to the maker of fire, and I have only myself to blame." - Thoreau
