Sad, lonely lines that so many of us endure Pete.... being alone can certainly provoke fear... of so many things in life...those lines are so telling and sad... seems like many of us (including me) are writing of darkness in one way or another.... fear and darkness can be friends...let's hope we both come out of it soon...

A sad little poem Pete. Your posted image emphasizes the fear that loneliness can bring. I think most of us experience it from time to time. The dark side coming out. Let’s hope for a flood of light to give some balance.
