i swear i saw some the other day

peeking through my window pane

as they and i sang and danced every which way

forming a bright, sunny, human chain

despite the clouds

as they and the rain's sweet music took off their silent, concealing hoodies and shrouds

thank heaven that some shadows aren't afraid of clouds or crowds

I think the imaginative idea of shadows is mesmerizing.... I wish I could see some, especially in the rain...it would certainly brighten up my day... I guess they are afraid of the clouds, but why...shadows are a not a figment of our imagination ...in my world they do exist, maybe even in the rain...let's make rains ha happy day...and let's take off our hoodies and pretend there is sun.... very imaginative Pete!
