Poetry In Motion

A Poem by Pete
"

Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake. - Thoreau

"
Picasso nude found in British bedroom ...
Embrace by Pablo Picaso - Watercolor, 1901 or 1902

in soft, swirling, delicate, blissful wonder
i want to read the poetry of her curves
to learn each line by heart
scents and feelings bookmarking each and every part
i want her flesh to merge with mine
gazing into the deep, mysterious, alluring pools of her eyes

tracing each and every impression of her art
fingers running through fields of flowing hair
a seed tossed like a wishful, pointed dart
synchronized in heavenly volition, no thought or trace of flesh asunder
deep moans of heaven's thunder
thumbed pages of our souls and verses being a damned, good start
