Therapy SessionsA Poem by Pumpkin GirlTumbled into your room Manipulated and controlled Told me lies Gave me false hope Crushed by your demands Your words murdered me Scared to enter your room But forced in I want to escape I want to disappear I ask You refuse Breathing will fix my problems You stated But you see My anxiety doesn't give me the opportunity to breath So breathing is impossible So don't tell me to breath Don't ask me for medications When you only care about your paycheck Listen when I tell my problems Because you're missing my reasons Don't tell me I need to breath more Because that won't fix my anxiety Your sessions terrify me the most... But sadly my words don't matter to you That can't be fixed I'll just live with this anxiety of mine I'll act that I'm getting better so I can leave that room Locked the memories away Hopefully, these are just nightmares...
