I'm done hoping

I used to like the happy endings
the way the girl always found the right guy
I used to love the chickflicks
hoping that one day I would find someone in my own life
I used to be that naive
to actually believe that it would happen to me too

But life popped my bubble
and I'm done hoping..

This poem is actually one of my favorites to be honest. It's true and realistic. Many people go through the exact same thing and It's something that I can relate to. Very well done.(:

It's always sad when reality decided to put her heavy hand on us.

I really like it, but the end kind of cut the beautiful picture. Maybe if you could continue the way you started and "pop the bubble" while drawing the picture, I think it would be awesome.

Anyways, still remains a great work. Keep on going :)

Made me feel very self conscious, and desperate.

I feel like I have nothing left to dream, or dine on. I feel a weight pulling me down, bringing me closer to what some call rock bottom. I see nothing....
