The past should be left in the past because

crying over spilled milk has no use 

but it should not be forgotten 

since it made you the person who you are today!!

Wow, this is really beautiful and had me thinking about a lot of things that I seem to hang onto when it happened in the past. I love the comparison of spilled milk being compared to worrying over something that happened in the past that you can't ever change. I love the fact that you made a both positive and negative side point of remembering the past.

"But it should not be forgotten
Since it made you the person who you are today". ---- those two lines are so true and that's what makes me love this piece by you even more! I'd have to say that this poem is my favorite by you! :) keep up the excellent and beautiful work.
