Dear Love,

You keep on finding me
Even though I’m not who I want to be
Broken words, dirty skin

Covered in scars and tangled in
Mistakes.

To know me is to know heartache,
Walk into my shattered pain;
I tried to run from you and hide
But somehow you got inside
Alive.
