You start breaking down and freaking out.

You cry and scream at no one.

Your heart explodes with bottled rage.

But who are you really angry at?

 

Yourself.

 

You are furious with yourself.

You’ve done it again.

You’ve lost control and you’re in a downward spiral.

 

You have a choice now.

 

Will you go Up, to better things?

Or will you go Down, to a place of hate and destruction?

 

You have a choice.

This choice will make you or break you.

 

Choose Wisely.
