When life knocks the wind out of you.

Still. Stay still.

Breathe. In, out.

The chills on your back are the signs of realization.

Let go.

Breathe.

Ignore the sweaty shaky palms.

Ignore your empty hands and your teary eyes.

Ignore your broken heart and the

broken plans.

Blank it out

Smear it out

Don't think.

Hope.
