Salvation

Salvation

A Poem by Rainee Whiting

Salvation

A promise of salvation
as she wades into the tide.
Mouth moist with salted sea,
and tears she has cried.

A promise of redemption,
as she slips beneath the waves.
Here beneath the water,
can souls like hers be saved?

Rainee

A soul like hers is precious to behold … you stir the senses and the deepest emotions ever-so beautifully, M'Dear, a poet's poetess you truly are!
