It takes time

 

It takes time to be you,

To forget someone,

Who was part of you,

Journey unfold itself,

Through highs and lows,

You remember few things,

You prefer to forget few,

Touches, emotions, unsaid words,

They become a part of diary,

And its pages all lost and closed.

It's really hard to move on after a tough relationship. After spending all that time with another person, it's impossible to forget those intimate memories. Even though you want to forget it, it's better to acknowledge them and leave them behind in your past. Like you write in your poem, they are "pages all lost and closed."
