Love Sonnet LVIA Poem by redzone....try a little tendernessLove
Sonnet LVI The
other day I was in a conversation
about music, the music
of the early 60s to 70’s, and
how, due to the changing world, there
was a sweetness, a tenderness to
the songs we heard on the radio. Ben
E. sang “Stand By Me’, while Johnny N. Saw
‘….Clearly Now’! Otis R. was ‘Sitting On
the Dock of the Bay’ thinking of
better days, and Nina S. sang
about ‘Feeling Good’ on a
new dawn, a new day where hope lived
in the revolutionary upsurges then, but
still dreamed of today. Aztec
