Love Sonnet LXXXVI

 

 

For some reason April 29^th

hung in the air like a full

moon, its beams finding you

through the open window, and

 

tickled your skin as you

slept. I watched you

breathing, breasts rising and

falling as the moon beams

 

frolicked their enthusiasm,

causing you to awaken slightly,

roll on your side,

 

And settle closer to me.

April 29^th, with May closing in,

and then, a slight smile and a sigh.
