Love Sonnet LXXXVII

Love Sonnet LXXXVII

....she speaks her mind and it lands where it counts

"

Love Sonnet LXXXVII

She’s so high no one could

catch her. She speaks her mind,

hoping it is true, but lets her

words land in any case. She

is fearless in the way that

is real, real in that, “don’t

think of me too much, or you

will think too much of me,

and I will have to eat you like air.”

She takes no prisoners when

it comes to spotting posturing,

cause what she seeks is honesty,

mutual respect, equality, and

a place that feels like home.
